    You are talking about Rage's supercharges. A 50% combined with a 35%. Now is EMP a supercharge? No it is not. So, don't compare EMP to a supercharge. Im not saying to nerf anything because that is not my style. Im only saying it is stupid for you compare rages two supercharges to gadget's EMP. Simply because EMP is not a supercharge and can be used more frequently than a supercharge power.
