    if you mess up the clips then I noticed I got down to 35k'ish. perfect clipping put me back at 37-43k

    I'll be waiting on your video showing a perfect copy of my rotation with my exact same gear and stats and not reaching 1 reading of 40k. Gl xD

    And if you still can't reach 40k, just tell me your ign on Test Server and we can group up and I can see what you're doing wrong so you can get the same reads as me. Also applies to anyone reading this that's trying to replicate my rotation.

    Did that rotation again at max range and got numbers between 27/28k and 34/35k, but ever so often it shot up 37-40k for a 10 second read xD I don't even understand how a 40k read is even possible at max range, but then again at mid I was hitting 44/45k on the high end sometimes but still. Close range was basically the same as mid range for this rotation like how HL was before the change and I can't find a melee version of what I'm doing so no 50k unfortunately T_T

    That's funny, the entire test server testing community for the pvp changes disagrees with that. HL has been on the nerf list since we first started working on that. Not gonna go on about it since you can read the pvp threads for yourself, but yeh, you're wrong on that xD

    So, how broke is AM on live right now? If I understand correctly, the splash under the name means AM is on. The only thing in my tray that activates AM is chompers. Out of combat or in combat, it is instant. If I don't hit chompers and go into infinite combo, the splash never appears.

    BTW, not a new player, new name here can't remember my old one...on ps4, i0n gl and I started playing this game when HL dlc came out. Minus skill point hunting, I have always been HL. I have been legendary for 3 or 4 years, don't pvp much cause I have all the feats. Mainly PVE, and 152 troll and 256sps.

    I think most of us agree that Ranged Construct Combos should get 0-7m. damage scalar and
    Light Barrier + Inspiration should be grouped in same vertical tree.

    The explosion has nothing to do with indication of AM activation. It just shows percentage increases AKA damage bonuses your powers give

    Would it be possible to allow the power back mechanic to proc even after the dazed PI goes away?

    Granted, it still probably won't see near the use of the infinite combos, but it would allow for a more "active" playstyle.

    And one more thing if you don't mind...

    Something like Atomic Combos for our old school clipping. Power Return can be attached to Inspiration so as long as Inspiration is active using tray powers will return power. That will make Ram and Impact viable for clipping.

    I think he means that if the devs already know what adjustments they're going to make, why do they bother with a discussion board?

    Actually the devs only have an idea what to adjust, they need the community feedback from testing to make the best possible outcome from the update.

    I think the devs may be reluctant to give the range/midrange rotationthe melee dmg scaler do to the fact that all other powers may ask for this as well...now HL and rage are the only powers who's melee is at 0 ft so most of us could agree that its not really that much of a radical request...An idea I have that would be sumwhat of a middle ground is allowing the single target combos (i.e. Snap Trap, Grasping Hand, Hand Clap) to have a small dmg field of about 4m and deal "heavy dmg" inside of 7m...imo I think this would be fair b/c there is some build up to those combos and it would allow for melee level dmg to be done from a safer non-suicidal distance...dont know how difficult it would be to make this happen from a development stand point but it would be a fair compromise w/o upsetting the rest of the community...if this could be added i think it would put a nice bow & ribbon on the HL update...also want to throw in that all gu 57 changes to HL should apply to pve only

    Yep, definitely a result of the grace period change. The AM already took into account the damage increase you'd get from running chompers and inspiration which means they'd have to reduce combo damage across the board or remove/change the grace period to get it back in line.

    Don't get me wrong, I like the damage Light is capable of on test at the moment, but I'd much rather have it balanced back while it's still on test so we don't have to deal with any damage-reducing hotfixes when it hits live.

    I tried to replicate these results too and came up short (29k avg 25-34K range) BUT I wasn't recasting MG from the tray. Just eyeballing this but I'd say his average number of hits is at least mid 80's where as the standard rotation is low 60's. Combine that with the lack of 2 buffs and no PI and I think he's onto something here. I haven't done it YET but I'm also testing on a laptop not designed for gaming and I'm wondering if that is skewing my results. I did get some amazing crit % of 37%. I'll retry later with the correct rotation.
