I like the idea of not having to farm the vault to try and get a that you can put a mod on and once you do even at a lvl 70 ring still better than lvl 85 rings without mod. However for dps there has constantly been two different drops, might based and precision based. To help further dps to get the stats they are aiming for might based rings should have might bonus and precision rings should have precision bonus. T5 gear has taken its time to acknowledge precision dps vs might dps its only fair to continue that with the newly introduced ring sockets.
