    What do you mean by this?
    This bleed works for 12 seconds. Bleed is only set by 8-13 counter

    I never lose my bleed. on single target it always stays active.

    I use DW flurry. 3 powers. TS. Dual Wield weapon until 13. TS.
    Then repeat.

    Sorta really medicated right now so not sure if this is making a whole lot of sense

    Make GOH 5% prec instead of 3 and 3 sec coldown so it can match with most rotation then i think about if not then i put it on the shelf " do not touch it" after all it dosnt make huge numbers # give some love to GOH
