(Gadget Defibrillator)

Is it me or that move when you use it , its cool down time takes to long i thought it was the lagging so bad but in my opinion its taking a long time to come back like it uses away away away back thats it . Its use to be use its back use its back quick now its longer?

i dont even play gadgets and i can tell its just you. seriously babe i never heard anyone complain about this. prolly u should relog. until then u get a -1.

If powers are red bar longer than usually always lag.
