Flight mechanics

    Yea, I'm talking about flight again. Fight me. :)

    One 'annoying' aspect of flight is the length time it takes to come out of the combat stance to be able to fly again rather than drift along at a snail's pace - obviously, this makes movement across the field difficult, particularly when trying to get to someone to rally them.

    Is this something that could be reduced? Assuming it doesn't mess up the intended balance entirely.

    Don't mean to turn it into an acrobats thread, but maybe a movement mode thread :p. I've always hated that flight works that way, but after coming back to DCUO, it seems that acrobats just flat out doesn't work for me at times.

    I'll be in movement mode and when I try to move, my character just walks.... incredibly slowly.... I have to spin him around in circles to get it working normally again

    I've reported this issue. Some days he sprints just fine and other days it's like running through quicksand or for no reason just comes to a full stop.
