I can't get the daily mission from Flashpoint Penguin or interact with him at all. I have tried relogging, closing and reopening the game, and leaving and returning to the area. As I make this post I am having this issue on my character Atomikit. I am unsure just yet if the issue is happening on all my toons or just her or if anyone else is experiencing it. I also checked the mission hadn't been accidentally hidden and it wasn't. Once I see what happens for my other characters I'll add that info.
