So I'd like some clarification from the Devs on something please. According to the new augments, we are supposed to recieve +1 Wayne Casinos Token when we open every Large Loot Cache. Now forgive me if I'm wrong but my understanding is that the Doomsday mission is supposed to give you this Large Loot Cache, and providing you have the augments up to the sufficient level (which I do, both of mine are 23), you're meant to receive +1 Wayne Tokens. So why is it, i've opened around 150 of these Large Loot Caches (virtually all at once after lots of farming) and didn't get a single token? And furthermore, I raised a support ticket as I figured this must be some kind of bug, yet GM Dunbar and GM Aurora firstly tried to tell me that the Doomsday mission doesn't grant you a large loot cache (it does), and then afterwards they decided to send me a link of what a loot cache is? I kindly advised that i'm not new to the game, i've been playing for a long time. And I sent screenshots of the augments with the description which says we're meant to get +1 tokens, yet they seem to have completely ignored that. So can I kindly request a dev to respond and advise whether I'm just misreading the augment's description, or whether this is actually an issue which needs to be rectified? If this is an issue, I'd really appreciate if the people who respond to support tickets were updated on this matter because as previously stated, i've opened in excess of 150 large loot caches after many resets which means I'm at a huge loss and I'd obviously want to know what's going to be done about this. I had this discussion with a friend who got his high enough, u only get +1 on the weekly boxes from the first one, the second augment adds +1 to the daily boxes, biggest thing is having them on of course, but he was seeing the extra coin. Can’t remember if he had to open the boxes to see the extra token but he was seeing the new 9 coin total. I suggest u open you loot tab on chat and turn a weekly mission in then open the box to see if the chat shows you the coin amount, might be 8 coins + 1 coin on chat (that or record the amount of wayne coins then turn it in and open box, weekly should give you a total of 9 with first augment)
I checked the loot tab, I didn't get the +1 Wayne Tokens at all. And I was resetting the Doomsday mission which is the weekly, therefore I should've received the coins. The people on the support ticket said once the devs on the forums confirm it's a bug, I'll receive the coins I should've received in the first place. Not sure why I'm the one who needs to get confirmation though, surely it's down to them to check that the augments do exactly what they're meant to do in the first place?
