mepps, one of my questions was indirectly answered in the Livestream. I asked why it was so hard to get feedback on comments over development issues, bugs, etc. While replying to something else, both you and Jack Emmert stated that things to be 1000% sure before they get stated. It is now a "mantra" there that you do not leak things until they are set in stone, or silicon, or whatever hard surface you like to etch in.

OK. So you do not want any foot in mouth disease incidents. I get that.

Can we get some sort of update posts with varying levels of commitment and even vague hints about where things are going? Sort of an overview? For example:

    Topic, Concern, Status

Stats Revamp, Sorcery Fury misses a lot, being looked at.
Stats Revamp, Sorcery Fury overpowered, ALL powers still being balanced (including Fury.)
Water Power, When?, Not until after Stats Revamp is done.

Just something that gets a little info on the progress back to the players that is not burried inside other posts or so rare that we miss it the few times it does happen. Even a locked post so you don't get even more questions as 1 way announcements of the week in review would be something. So if it is 1000% sure that it is being discussed, tell us. If it is 1000% sure that it is being changed (just not sure to what,) tell us. If it is 1000% sure that it is being considered (just not set in hardened gum under the desk yet,) tell us. If it is 1000% sure that it is too ambiguous yet, tell us.

Instead of all this feedback being listened to silently, let us hear at least what is being considered, discussed, moved up/down in priority, not yet fully formed, wrong for the platform, etc.

First, this is Test forum, this will be removed or just moved.
second, they literally said Water will happen right after stats hits live.

This is about getting feedback on the items posted in the test posts.

Yes, and they could have put that out much sooner in a simple summary reply. Something at the start of the week to the previous week's tested items and feedback would at least be something. Things like a baseline announcement that gives relative time frames, like the water after stats, but not specific dates is needed. Right now you have a ton of testing and development feedback but very little in the other direction.

Oh, and one other place this could be done is in the notes. For example, the Test Server Hotfix - January 11, 2017 lists what has been done in a nice, short format. It does not expand at all on what is being looked at, what is next, etc. It would be an existing post place that is some feedback to the players that could be improved with some added information on where things are going and what has been reported and is being looked at but is not yet ready for testing.
