In the Villain Metropolis University instance, there is the extra unconscious metahuman student in the back of the lecture hall. After completing the mission, you can intereact with him and he transforms into a pudgy Parasite mutant. Also The Tarmac in Area 51 and Ace 'O Pubs which I presume was originally intended to be an additional Villain safehouse in Metropolis.
