I've seen this for a while, decided I'd screen shot it the other day to let you guys know, but I think you have an extra semicolon (I assume that's what it is, they're used in many programming languages to end codes) that shows when you collect a briefing. Example below. I've seen this in any briefing I'm collected, but am uncertain if it goes for Investigations and Collections too (I haven't noticed it), but I always notice it with Briefings.
I've also noticed this for Collections and Investigations recently, though I do not have a screenshot.
