I don’t know if anyone has seen this yet but, in the new DLC area there are some extra lights in the sky coming off the southwestern side of the Lincoln Memorial (Death Metal Washington). It’s not big but thought someone should know.
Do you have a pic? I don't see any "extra lights" in the sky: just sunlight coming through the clouds, lightning and the Doom symbol.
Upload it to a photo sharing site like Twitter, Imager or Tumblr, etc. After you upload, open the image in its own tab in your browser, copy the link. Here on the forums click on the tree icon in the reply window, paste the link and post.
