I am wondering if they are because I am working on my t5 gear and I don't know if I should put expert mods in them or just regular t5 mods.
I say they are worth it due to the drop rate of anything above level 85, I've done these raids daily for weeks now an I only have 3 bits of 87 gear and 3 bits of 86 gear including weapons, some people haven't even had that many. However you wil do just as fine with the normal v mods, it's just the expert gives you that nice little boost.
Well chances are he's gonna buy the experts so exos don't matter. But yess they are worth it for the 85▲ items.
Thing is I am on the USPS3 server and almost every single person wants 1 or 2mill cash+ stacks to craft expert mods so that is why I asked if it's worth it.
Thing is I am premium so really have no other choice,or just trying to get them from nexus and paradox. Gonna be legendary in a month or so though.
Well if he has the plan by all means go for it but otherwise buying the mods or paying people for this is not worth it, especially if he's on the USps3 server where the prices are ridiculous for stuff.

Yes that's cause our stuff is cheaper on the EU side, US side is a different ball game for money/trade ect, they sell/buy for millions.
If you don't have a plan, just sell the materials and buy the mod from the broker. If you do have the plan, its clear what you should do. There have been people said to scam or whatever so be careful either way.
One thing you can do is farm the bits and sell them to fund buying the mods. I figured that if a stack is going for 400K, I can cut the price of brokered mods in half. Shouting helps, just make sure you and the other guy type out explicitly what the transaction is. Also, it doesn't hurt to ask people in raids/alerts if they can mod what you need. I've had leaguemates get a lot of free exp. mods this way.
Honestly, since it uses the same amount of exobytes as a non-expert V plan, it is 100% worth it. But unless you have a ton of exceptional recovery kits or are one of those uber-competitive DPSes, I wouldn't re-mod your 85cr gear with experts if it already has a non-expert V mod in it...wait until you get an 86cr or 87cr gear drop.
if you want to be a top tier player expert mods are the way to go. There is no substitute for stats & expert mods make a huge difference.
Well, since Resto V gives you 2 LESS Resto than Resto & Anything V Expert, anything else is pretty much a waste, sadly. I can't wait to see VI Expert mods--they'll probably give you more stats than the T6 equipment will.
Yeah, ya know, that's just really greedy. I've never EVER charged someone to make a mod. it takes all of 15 seconds to help someone out but people can't help but exploit their fellow gamer.
I can't bring myself to spend a million bucks on one mod. What I really want is the plans..but these are few and far between in the broker. And the ones that are in the broker I've seen for 30 million! And thats even on PC!
