    I haven't received a red, blue, or green exobyte in weeks. Is it a glitch? RNG is RNG, but it has to be broken

    It's not a glitch. Iirc, they got removed so now you only get the generic exobytes while salvaging gear. I'm typing this on mobile so if anything looks weird I apologize
