I have a friend who want to switch his account from EU to US on PC.. I have googled and found different answers including in here and some were from a long time ago. Does anyone know if this is possible? Also, is he going to be able to keep all the characters in his account from EU? He does not want to start from 0 when he is already at 175 in EU. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
To switch between servers, just change the server in the launchpad and create a new character. Characters cant be transfered.
Yes you need to change the server with the launchpad like LadyLightning said. You might re-download the game again if you use a different server (it will start automatically once you took US server). And no, you can't bring your EU char to the US side. Your friend has to strat from the beginning. You can buy feats with Replays..
One thing to note, you can unlock all the feats you had on EU side, just not the ones that are from a different faction (hero/villain). For instance if you switch servers and as a former hero start a villain you will not be able to unlock feats associated with hero lore. Similar to how it is whilst playing on one server. That should help with the progression, making it way easier than having the bare minimum of skill points.
