Eternal Flame

    I was doing some testing on my fire tank and I noticed that the Super Charge Eternal Flame does not increase your health as stated in the tool tip. In tank role when used I checked the current buffs it just gave me the normal tank buff for a 12s duration. When tested in dps role I checked current buffs and it said breakout, nothing else. Naturally I check my stats itself and nothing changed more than what normal powers would do. So if the power is working as intended then the tool tip must be wrong in saying that it increase health. Personally I hope that the power is broken and its normally supposed to increase health after all its 100% SC and being a fire tank in T5 raids dont leave much chances to charge that up with attacks.

    In response to this, so that you don't think it's broken this gave me a 3k hp/s regeneration thereabout. Could be more, or less. I wasn't paying attention. I swap this in to replace burning determination sometimes for the final PW fight with 1/2 open tunnels for in case the healer gets jailed. It basically solo heals you for 12 seconds and makes you immune to block breaks etc. Although imo it's more useful for turtle tanking massive add waves on you in pw.

    I do wish that it extends the health cap more as mentioned tho. I was slightly offended when it didn't, but I realized the 3k hp/s regen that kept me at full hp most of the time. Tool tip might be old.

    Otherwise, Ice Elemental seems much nicer.
