Not A Bug ErrorValentines race

    I went to to metropolis to run the quest , get your heart racing , I went to circle area . I press to activate the quest .
    It saying “cannot start race while transformed.”
    I can’t continue the race quest.
    I am not transformed in anyway, I can’t do the race quest .
    Why a bugged out ?

    Any chance you are wearing a movement altering item, such as the Speed Force Ring? as they count as a transformation.
