    Try running the game as admin to see if it makes a difference. To do this, right click on the game on your desktop and select "run as administrator".

    Same problem. i try run as admin, clean the cash, stoped firewall, stoped anti-virus. Nothing works.

    Of course, I hope you do NOT have the SOE Launchpad. That shouldn't be availalable anymore and any websites that still offer it, might not be legal.

    i played dcuo near all day, until 10/04 when came this GUI. i try this three ways , i saw them before.
    i just wanna play,but still getting this error "The downloaded file is incomplete or was corrupted. An update may be in progress. Please try again in 20-30 minutes."

    Download the launchpad and use the repair feature of the installer. If that doesn't help, contact Daybreak support.

    that doesn't work for me
