Try running the game as admin to see if it makes a difference. To do this, right click on the game on your desktop and select "run as administrator".

i played dcuo near all day, until 10/04 when came this GUI. i try this three ways , i saw them before. i just wanna play,but still getting this error "The downloaded file is incomplete or was corrupted. An update may be in progress. Please try again in 20-30 minutes."
Download the launchpad and use the repair feature of the installer. If that doesn't help, contact Daybreak support.
