Error 1046

    I was swapping between characters sending cash to my main from my alts then this kept popping up with the message 'Unable to download configuration files please try again in a few minutes" its been 10mins with still no luck :(

    I thought it would of been the PSN maintenance but that doesn't start till 4.30am friday here aparently
