I just play all night, sleep, wake up, try to connect and see this msg... i don`t receive any e-mail explain why i was banned. Open a ticket 476581, 2 days ago, and dont have any ``human`` reply. Just a automatic msg. I start to play this game 6 years ago, and don`t have any problem til now. Someone have the same problem?
Daybreak Games ususally replies within 3 business days. Saturday and Sunday aren't business days. The reason can be pretty much anything from a failed payment to a ToS violation ingame.
