    You're not likely to get one since the stats on the gear are changing. Also the Toughness stat for those 2 pieces of gear only benefits you in duels, the small increase isn't a big deal. If was pvp gear than I would complain.

    I am not nor have been complaining about it. Was just merely curious as it seemed odd. I would still like an answer one way or the other.
