That's only a myth. I heard he's actually a real human being with real emotions. I find that hard to believe though.

When you are on a monthly schedule, sometimes things can get kind of tight.

This is where the glorious 5th Week comes in: that wonderful extra week that we get every three months because of how our calendar is arranged. (aka the 13th week if you're working on a quarterly schedule)
