Do the OP gloves drop anywhere or is the only way to get them from the vendor?

Vendor. These are the easiest OP items to complete that they ever released. I assume they made it not drop because they increased marks we get from raid/alert while also lowering the prices for all the gear. And when you complete the Op hands you can buy the feat on alts to make everything 50% off including the account bound item.

Well that is good as op gear has been a lot of work since we got away from collections.
