    I would suggest you take those 3 SP on Might/Power and that 1 on health and put them on Dom. Or take all those 5 SP, including the one in Dom, and put them together in health. I say health instead of power because those 5 points get you an extra 1%.

    Galvanize is more of a pseudo-HoT, it bounces between injured targets in range. It just happens so fast it looks like a proper HoT. It's also a pet heal! So npc's will help it bounce and heal more in a fight.
