Earth tanking help

I don't really want to rely on brick though. I mean I get that it's the easiest way especially for someone just learning earth. I'm trying to get Aftershock tanking down. I have another earth toon who primarily relies on brick..when I tank with him(which isn't often because of the same reason).

I like Mystic Symbol as it helps with adds. I see Everyman and Manacles working against each other. Everyman helps when your health drops suddenly but Manacles prevents that from happening. Everyman also works with Health stats which makes it more useful for Fire or Rage. This is why I use EoG for more utility in my build, rather than focusing on minimal stat increases.

That makes complete sense I currently have lasso, manacles and symbol. My toon is Amazon based so I wanted him to have lasso.
