My brother and I tried to go to earth 3 gotham and have been stuck in the loading screen for that area for hours. When we play our alts that aren’t in earth 3 gotham we can play just fine but can’t play our characters that we sent to eart 3. Ive tried to open a support ticket but it won’t allow me to. please someone see this and boost this so we can play the game
This may have been my issue. Ever since I tried loading up an Alert yesterday, Earth 3 Injustice System, and have been unable to login on that toon ever since. I posted about it on my alt account Goon2k4. Wasn't sure if the specific alert was the issue. Can anyone else confirm that they have the same issue with Earth 3 Gotham? I put in a support ticket but have not gotten a response. I assume due to yesterday being a holiday.
I had the same trouble yesterday. I finished Gotham Gang Wars and went to the House of Legends and warped there. That's when I was kicked out, and kept getting the World is Down for Maintenance error. I submitted a ticket, in which they told me to boot into safe mode on my PS5 and clear my cache and rebuild the data base, and if that didn't work, uninstall and then reinstall the game, which I did, and it still did not work. I checked before I had to go to work the morning, and I was able to log in with that character and he was at the open World Earth 3 hub...some something is DEFINITELY going on with this. Glad to know it wasn't just me!
Were you getting a error trying to fill a support ticket? because only support can move your character to a safer location so you can log in. I'll vote this up - seems like there's a issue going on with Earth 3 content. Would be good to let the Devs know which server and platform it happens on aswell, time of incident, etc.
