Each time after character selection screen it shows this:

    Its a screenshot he is getting disconnected after the character select screen saying :

    Disconnected no reply from server please exit the game and relaunch.

    Thx for attention. lmmediately after pressing button "play" on character selection screen - it start to rotate a wheel (right bottom corner) on loading window.

    Then fail.

    At "LastDisconnectReason.txt" file it appears a string: "ASBNoReplyGivingUp".

    Your launchpad is waiting for a reply back from the login server that never comes, so you get disconnected.
    Try to close your protection software and see if you can connect to the game.

    To me it seems, that the game asks: "Hello server?"
    But the server gives no reply.

    Since the server is alright (everyone else can connect) the problem is probably on your end...
