Double Artifact XP gone?

For the people who did spend the anniversary gift xp while 2x arts was disabled, are they SOL? Or will they get additional xp?

What about those of us who already used the xp and didn't realised the double was off?

Give everyone another 220k, just to be safe.

For the record, double XP is working for me on EU PC, maybe it's server/platform specific?

I didn't even realize it wasn't doubling and spent it all...someone talk me out of jumping head first off my couch
