Do I understand this right? Normally, if I consume one artifact to power another, I only get 50% of its stored experience. However, because experience is doubled during double artifact week, I get 100% of its stored experience? In effect, I can move all my xp from one artifact to another (of course, needing the catalysts, etc.)?
