Does Black Lightning exist?

    Ive ran watchtower 8v8 HQ countless times over the past few days and i've yet to see him. Hell, i dont remember if ive ever seen him last year. Is it a bug or what? Is he playing hide and go seek? Something definitely is off.

    Oh, thank you! I was going mad for a second there, i kept thinking that Black lightning was supposed to show up and he never did, thanks alot
