This is what I am a Legendary member for? 21 days to get a chroma that really does no good since you refuse to release no new powers? I guess that means you'll be dropping another ops content with actual chromas or real rewards. Looks like membership is going more and more downwards each quarter. SMH
So I just bought 5k marketcash and waited for 25 minutes logging in and out and checked my bank account it went through so I don't whats going on I tried making a ticket but every time I do it just keeps saying verify email when I do that it doesn't work and it's just a loop I'm stuck I tried to do it the right way but you guys have no phone support so this was my last resort
They won't make new Powers because YOU (i.e. the Players) won't pay for them! Developing new Power Sets is a massive undertaking for the Development Team, and was only justifiable from a development costs standpoint when they could be tied into PAID DLC that you had to PURCHASE to access said new Power Sets. But now that they've ended that business model, and switched over to all DLC being FREE for all players, the Players no longer spend enough money on the game to cover the development costs of new Power Sets. But if they change their business model again, and switch back to doing Paid DLC to cover those development costs, then they'll have to deal with tons of Free To Play and Premium players complaining endlessly about how "we can't afford the DLC for the new Power(s), and it should be free like it used to be". And then those players wouldn't buy or use the new Power(s) anyway. Whether you like it or not, developing and maintaining an MMORPG takes money, and lots of it. And EVERYTHING that is or is not done in a game comes down to dollars and cents, i.e. how much it's going to cost to do it, and how much money the game would actually take in from players to cover those costs. So, in the end, they've known for years that there was no point to developing any more new Powers, as the Player Base will NOT spend enough money for them to recover the development costs. Maybe that could change IF many more players subscribed, but all y'all do is look for complaints to justify not subscribing, or to cancel the subscriptions you have. So really, this one's on you and all the other Players that want something for nothing. That's not how the world works.
