Do vendors sell base generator 7.3 mods?

    I see the 6.3 mods for sale in the T6 vendors, but can't find the 7.3 mods at any T7 vendor. Does anyone know if vendors sell them? Thanks.

    No. They do not. You have to earn them through game play.
