I have had an armory completely disappear from my base. When in decoration mode it says I have 5 placed but one of them is gone. Also had a few oak trunks disappear.
try logging out for 15-20 minutes and log back in and see if they are there. I had one character where the base was completely empty, no main frame or nothing. When I try to enter with another character the game would crash. So I logged out of the game and tried again in about 20 minutes and everything was back to normal.
