I bought the starter pack through the ps store and I signed in through all of my characters and never received the items. I even made a new character. I also checked the in game market and it the green aura item says it was purchased. Please resolve this ASAP! I'm really looking forward to the green aura.
Twinlord, When you go to the in-game marketplace, there should be a button near the top of the window that says "Redeem/Claim". If you press that button, it will take you to the Claim window which should list all the claimable items that you've purchased. From there, you can claim them into your inventory. Try that and see if the aura is listed there. Thanks!
And, remember that button because that is where you will pick up any market place item that is not a consumable. If it is a consumable it goes straight to your inventory.
The XP Booster box says "Account bound". Is there a way to transfer it to a lower ranking toon? I tried email nut it didn't work?
On PS4...I redeemed from PSN MP but when trying to redeem from the in game MP there is nothing to redeem. Note, that I had previously redeemed the reward on a separate PSN/PS+/DCUO account so I am familiar w/ how it should have worked. Its just that in this case none of the items are even listed to be redeemed. Whats the next step to rectifying this?
I am having a similar issue as well. I redeemed the starter pack from the PSN Store and the items are no where to be found. When I go to redeem items in the Marketplace it shows nothing.

I found a workaround for this issue. Go to the playstation store webpage, log into your account, look for the pack in the store and "buy it" (it will appear as free). This worked for me, and I hope it works for anyone else having this issue. Best luck
Did you manage to find a fix for this situation? I can't redownload the starter pack as it says that i can't due to the fact that i already own it :/
