Up-Votes Needed @devs "There was a data issue which requires a new login"

The game keeps crashing every few minutes, giving me this error: "There was a data issue which requires a new login. Please login again." This is an error that has already been reported in years like 2016 and 2017, and I need to know what solution you guys found for it. Even though I have been working with the support team, and there, Skylar tells me that it is a Game issue, so only you guys, devs, can help me. Please.

Hey, Devs, good morning. Just to see if you have any updates or answers to my situation. The error continues to persist in my game, and the truth is that it is impossible for me to continue like this. Even to complete the daily quests, I need to relog the game up to three or four times.

The error that keeps telling me shows 0×0022,33,0

The platform I use to play is my PC. I'm not sure what other information I can give you so you can help me. @devs @mepps How can I encourage myself to invest more money in this game? If every time I try to do a mission I have to relog at least three or four times, even the simplest ones, not to mention raids or alerts?

You should create a support ticket which will allow support to answer your specific issue.

Seven times trying to log in with Fireshadow7, and nothing, it won't let me play due to this situation where there is no one who can offer me at least some possible answer. @dev @mepps What's wrong with my game?????????

Hey Hey, I solved the problem by going into the 'Network'' on the Playstation. Select ''Set Up Network Connection'' ; select your connection method (Wi-Fi or LAN), then leave everything on ''AUTOMATIC'', you don't have to specify host and proxy. The exciting part is in the DNS .. also to ''AUTOMATIC''. - Done. If it doesn't work, change the DNS to 8.8.8.8. and 8.8.4.4.

Alternatively you can use your router as DNS resolver (fastest):

Press "Windows Logo" + "R" on your keyboard, and type "cmd" and hit enter,

Type "ipconfig" and hit enter. The "Default Gateway" is the address you would wanna use instead of Google DNS 8.8.8.8 or Cloudflare DNS 1.1.1.1
