(Devs) Eternal Flame suggestion.

    Quick suggestion, can the Eternal Flame's supercharge duration be increased by another five seconds and have it's cool down time reduced by 20%?

    Before I know it Eternal Flame usually wears off and the cool down is extremely long if I'm being pressured. If it's ok can this be looked into?
