My league mate has been rolled back 3 times and all 3 times he has achieved feats and was rolled back to a point where he lost the achieved feats. His issues needs to be resolved correctly and the GMS are telling him he has to earn them again. He has video and pictures so show evidence of this situation and is being told no. I have been grated feats before from a GM when I met all the requirements and was unable to obtain the feat for some weird reason(bug). So him being told that it is undoable and that he has to earn them again is unacceptable. Roll-backs occur when players are disconnected from the server at a point between saves. Upon logging back in, players are then reset to their most recent save point, which could result in the loss of any cash, item, ability, or experience gained after that saved point and prior to the disconnection. A rollback only occurs at times when the Daybreak Games servers crash. Disconnecting from the game will not cause a rollback A server crash did not occur and the player was only disconnected, which should not have warranted a rollback but he did get rolled back. When the terms says ONLY OCCURS AT TIMES WHEN THE SERVERS CRASH, all other rollbacks that occur should not follow this rule.
The policy also states: "This policy is not all-inclusive and there are situations outside the scope of the policy that may be determined at the specific time to not warrant an item reimbursement. Reimbursements of any kind, regardless of the circumstance, are not guaranteed." My 2 cents.
Why are you making a thread if he already made one? Anyway, as you can see the policy on a situation like this has changed anyway.
