with the stabilizer locking per account it would be nice if we could still get nth metal with multiple characters. lock the other loot, but allow the metal to drop, that way we aren't forced to choose one character to upgrade.

also, don't think the us government line was needed during the artifact quest chain.

about as rare as time capsules which is to say common drops anywhere.

I really am enjoying Artifacts. Que rates for everything are up not just top stuff. I got into 6 different raids today with just a minute or two of que time. Plus it doesn't matter if you are loot locked or not you are still gaining something for every run.

I haven’t played this game in two years. When AM basically took the need for a controller out of the game is it still like this
