the scorcery power condem can debuff any tank power while either is in dps role. The consumble karmic hex which acts like condem does the same thing also. With GU 27 coming out tomorrow that means the scorcery and nature revamp are coming out soon so so is this issue gonna be resolved before or after that?
the debuff appears under the name but it does not take effect in dps stance. this can be easily checked by looking at your stats both before and after being "debuffed" you will see that they do not change.
