DCUO will finally no longer require xbox live gold in the future.

So after it was announced that Xbox was trying to gut the 12 months of XBL Gold for $60 and replace it with 6 months of gold for $60. Gamers gave them backlash and now not only will XBL pricing remain the same as it was(aka, you won't be charged more than what your paying right now.)

But they'll also be looking into making sure that F2P games no longer require gold to play online(It was honestly way way overdue since F2P games on Playstation didn't require PS plus, but hey.. better late than never.)


I know this probably belongs to the jokers funhouse, but since DCUO is on xbox and is F2P.. It'll leave it here.

Hopefully the DCUO team is aware of this announcement and hopefully one day we'll get crossplay on xbox.
