The upcoming 2.0 system update for the PS4 will introduce the SharePlay feature, which will let users share the same game experience over the web: I don't know if this feature has to be implemented game-by-game (meaning we would have to wait for confirmation from the Devs if there are any plans on implementing this) or if it is a console feature. DCUO jumped on-board to the whole Vita Remote Play, so I'm hopeful this tool will become available one way or another too. Basically, what this tool allows is for you to give control to another player of your game (apparently, you can also allow another player to play a local-coop game with you remotely as the 2nd controller). If this feature makes it to DCUO, what do you think would be a great use for this tool? As a league leader, I think it will help us show other newer players the ropes and help them with loadouts and other things. Anything else comes to mind? Discuss!
I was wondering about this myself. Since people can virtually "take over your controls" I would imagine a friend could step in and complete a feat for you. So you'll see "All race feats completed for you, for only $10M! Inv to group!"
I can see it as a great teaching tool for new leaguemates or friends learning their power i am actually quite excited. Helping getting them feats, maybe being able to give them a loadout, explaining things while i go through their power trees, changing their styles so they look a certain way, goofing around >.>. Or bttr yet lets say im loot locked on one character that say a leaguemate needed, they needed my hlr because the hlr in that run isnt doing so hot. Well that hlr NEEDS that run for the loot right? So i take over and help out Also i can see ppl deleting my stuff.............. Or spending marks D: Or selling what i wanted to keep D: I hope there is a way to forcibly take back control for whatever reason
If it's anything like that PlayStation Now(Streaming Games), you'll need a constant 5+ mb connection, which I can't get in my area. So it's useless to me.
