DCUO on the Xbox One.

Seeing as I have an Xbox One and I play DCUO mainly on the PC, I think it would be a great idea to see DCUO on the Xbox One, as it is well capable of supporting MMOs. It does have a few f2p titles on it like Neverwinter and Warframe. It would also be a great way to start bringing in players.

    What do you guys think?

I remember those, but I've rarely seen discussions about it on the forums. I would like to see what other players think about it.

Well Microsoft said they are still looking to have some PC streaming to Xbox1. So in a way if you are currently playing on PC, you might be able to have DCUO on your Xbox1.

It is interesting but, if they decide to do crossplay with PS and PC, that could leave a very dead Xbox server.

Also, I really really hope they DO NOT allow Xbox players on these forums. The flood of nooby questions will be overwhelming.

It was bad enough when they merged PS and PC into one forum.

I was wondering about this as well. ESO had a limited time offer to allow people to move from PC to Xbox1.

Yea ESO made some quick bucks. But according to the recent gamespot article. We probably wont see PC to xb1 streaming until spring of next year or premiered at E3.

I'd still like to hear from you guys about this.

I doubt DCUO will be put into the XBone and the reason being is that Microsoft will never allow you to play it on a silver membership. If I remember correctly, you don't need PS+ on PS4 to play DCUO (unless I misinterpreted the whole "F2P means F2P" during E3 like 2 years ago)

Most people on X-box have gold membership if they're trying to get the most from their online experience (especially multiplayer features). ESO (ugh...hate mentioning that game) requires PS+ to play it (or at least to play with others)...and that game is not exactly hurting for players right now. Needing a Gold Membership for X-box one will not be an impediment to it getting DCUO.

Yeah, but I have to agree that it is one of the best f2p MMOs out there considering the amount of character customization and a lot of other features, every MMO has its downsides.

this is not really f2p. Or not a very good f2p at the very least. Good F2P have you pretty much enjoy the whole game, but you just have to grind it out a lot more than those willing to play.
This game is like a "faux F2P", because you metaphorically hit a wall in progression if you don't pay.

The logical answer to this is that DCUO never started out F2P like other full F2P-games you want to try and compare it to... DCUO opened up the doors to F2P to get more people to get a glimpse of the DC Universe, it was never meant to fully go F2P in anyway at anytime, what so ever. Mmkay.

There hasn't been any news on it in a while. I wonder what's going to happen.

I'd like to see some more discussion on this.

I think it is a lovely idea!

A fresh new huge flow of players to come in and help in the lower tiers, that's if Xbox joins with PS and PC...

It would only help the game a small bit though, but every step counts.
