DCUO is Coming to Xbox + More News and Reveals!

It's actually not so different, instead of changing characters to play the content over and over, you can use one character to level the other ones, then when you want to play a different role you can change without having to worry about not having enough lvl to play. This gives us the freedom to really play how we want, we don't need to wonder about what character I like the most, or which one is the FOTM power. With one character being able to give gear to the alts you are free to actually play a specific role on the others, not needing to worry about having to DPS content because no one wants a troll or a healer in the group.

They are still very vague on that, considering is just two weeks away you would think a more in depth discussion would have been held already. But so far it seems it's only for PS 4(though at the start it was said it would be PS3/4), guess this is the beginning of the end for PS3.

I have to say that this has overpassed my expectations and got me excited, and I don't get excited easily.
The most interesting to me are style unlocks, Harley Quinn storyline, water powers, crossplay and 4th color palette (as I'm a big fan of styles). In short, great things coming.
On the other hand, it would be really appreciated if certain glitches/bugs were fixed (like someone already mentioned, HUD disappearing, invisible players in PvP, etc.). I mean, known problems that really need to be fixed.

The only question that I have, will our characters on the ps account be able to be used on the xbox account, I really don't want to start a new account I pay 29.99 now for 3 months and I like my characters, but I do have an xbox one and would love to play the game on a next gen console., if not oh well I will keep playing on ps

With those data available I have some questions:

1) When will you update the style feats and give us a 50 points feat for collecting 1000 styles, another for collecting 1500 styles and another for collecting 2000 styles?
2) If I have already unlocked a style feat at an alt will the style and gear automatically be unlocked or will it be redeemable?
3) Will Water be a Healer power?
4) Will we fight DARKSEID this year yet?
5) Who will voice the Atom?
6) Will the style and gear unlock cost *gasp* Replay Badges?
7) PS4/PC crossplay: Does it mean PS3 population will remain isolated from those two other?
8) Will it be free-to-play on Xbox?

I don't see the issue with potential gear unlocks. That is, as long as it's just gear that's the level of a character you already have up to that CR. If I'm whatever CR and want my alts to be up to that CR, what's the big deal? I just want to go into content with another role or something. It'll be helpful overall I think. I assume that people with alts know how to play the role their alt is, so skipping up some levels is fine. If people are worried about this being an easy way to level up or whatever, I don't see how so? I think that if someone's already a certain CR, they have a certain grasp on things already. People who are "bad" are going to be so regardless of what gear they have.

I'm sure they wouldn't implement unlocking gear higher than what your highest CR is.

they said they were going to have dialogue on that feature beforehand. No reason to jump to the worst conclusion when we don't have the facts

Most excited about gear unlocking. Just don't go overboard on the costs.

PS3 was promised the trilogies. If the trilogies end this year then you may assume that dropping the PS3 is coming. And that the XB1 population is meant to replace the players still on the PS3 for their revenue.

i don't really care about the cross over thing, but I beg of you don't make water combo I sick and tired of combo powers some people like combos some don't and if u keep making powers and making them all combos its not far at all. we just want some nice simple powerful basic power and can u add more time to villain side to make each side better. 70& hero and 30% villain needs to be 50% 50%

Instead of celebrating the 5th year DCUO should be recognizing the fact that they killed this game 2+ years ago.

It's a lamers paradise now and its just sad. No skill, rudest community on the net, and hands down horrible game play with more

bugs than the Amazon jungle. A fun game once, incredibly boring now.
