Dc’ing

Hey Devs, any chance you folks gonna fix the whole constantly getting dc’d every 15 minutes or so? Doesn’t matter what teleporter I use, warp menu, entering an instance, leaving an instance, I’ve even been dc’d switching characters. So Devs, any thoughts on this? Does anybody even care?

I think the developers need better crystal balls to determine what platform, region, and server this occurs on.

All of them.

I haven't had any real issues on PC since they fixed the stability issues related to a memory leak or double free.

So then maybe this thread isn't for you? People still have issues disconnecting when switching maps.

This happens to my sister on her PS5, and to me sometimes when going to the House of Legends after the end of a mission. There doesn't seem to be any consistency which is part of the problem with isolating the problem.

On USPC now. I am experiencing extreme lag trying to activate a seasonal tree cog. It just hangs there. The phase on my map is gone. Then I DC. Error <0x0009,3,0>. Trying to log back in and I dc with Error <0x0008,3,0>.

I'm on PS4, &, yeah, it is getting annoying, now. happening a lot, to me, both yesterday & today. there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. could be teleporting, could be switching between characters. I mean, I'm used to some dc-ing, but this seems way too much, even for this game.

My snarky response was to ask what platform, region, and server this occurs on. You said it occurs on all of them, and I provided a counterexample because I think accurate information is important. But hey, if you want to continue to run this thread into the ground with a lack of information, or misleading information, be my guest.

Naw, it doesn't happen on Series X other than if you stand by the dueling area in House of Legends for too long. Doesn't happen while using portals, switching characters, warping, or any of that jazz over here.

I've been hard crashing regularly On PS5 (EU) for the past few days; as if the lagging and dc'ing before this wasn't enough.

They should fix this because I been getting dced a lot every single time I tp I just wait til the blue screen happens & it happens frequently

I crashed a few times yesterday and the day before what I hate most about these scummy crashes is not just the teleporting crashes but when you build up your Supercharge and lose it all.

One awesome reason not to use them! Hehe. Got my supercharge full and ready to press X, presses X, crashes…no more supercharge.

My one problem with Dc'ing is if my internet goes out for like 10 seconds (which it tends to do in the mornings) and comes back, the game will still kick me out, I lost out on a Solo Elite a few weeks ago cuz of it and had to replay.

It’s been happening for years on PS4 on teleport or instance changes. I leave increasingly frustrated crash descriptions in the blue screen text window. It happened to me yesterday when the Godseye alert began. I guess they wondered where the fourth person was.

You don't mind if we give it a day or so release before we assume it's 'resolved', right? I mean, we've heard this kind of thing before.


Hope for the best....but prepare for the worst is always a good stance I've found. Fingers crossed though.

I'm still DC'ing like I was before the yesterday's hotfix and still crashing (green screen) on PS5

Hi. They posted a fix for this just yesterday I think. Today I have encountered about 6 DC's or more in my play, so the fix did little or nothing as I could tell.
