Yeah, I messaged Mepps about it. He won't see it probably until the weekend ends. But It's a nice giveaway. The keys themselves are reedemable, but the items glitch (They disappear after you redeem one item, and you never get the time capsule or the Dark Knight Cowl.)

Yeah, I also claimed everything that did get granted but the black aura doesn't appear to be in my inventory or style list. Also appears to only be redeemable by one character on an account, may or may not be intended to be that way, not sure about style unlockability. Did not get cowl pack or TC either.

After I claimed 1 item (the golden aura), the list of items vanished and that was the end of it for me. I checked inventory, styles, and the claim window after closing and reopening it; I checked F1; I relogged; I restarted the game and I still saw nothing (last I checked).

For me it was like that. Redeemed the code, the auras & style appeared in my redeem tab - I claimed the feet and everything from the key disappeared. Never got a Time Capsule, and I already own the cowl so I guess it doesn't matter on this one lol

I tried the code and it put the Dark Specter items in my list. I picked one and the rest disappeared. I couldn't reenter the code. Unfortunately I picked the boots... the part I'd never use. I should have done that safe thing and chose the wings! Oh well, it was free at least.

It's like I had a free meal coupon for McDonald's but ended up getting 1 fry.

Meh...just gave it a shot 'for science' and only saw the 2018 Dark Spectre stuff show up in claim and nothing hit my inventory.

You get what you pay for I guess.

EDIT: For grins I tried a 2nd code on my PC account (first was PS) and on that one I got the gold aura and black aura in redeem....didn't try redeeming though. No TC. Now...I do see in my old claims that I have 2018 Dark Specter suit, but already claimed. Maybe some of the items were already there, that's why they aren't coming in new.

Should we even call this "pack" giveaway?
I mean sure, we shouldnt complain for free things, but its sad that even things like this are bugged.

I laugh inside at this not being tested at all before release because I can imagine that absolute panic from players in the community if this giveaway redemption obtained some new material/ style or some previous rare one.

Same thing just happened to me but only the golden and black aura showed up claimed the golden then the black aura just disappeared

but found out I retype the code on another toon even tho it says it's already been redeemed the black aura showed up I done this on 2 alts and got the black aura

And it's letting me get 1 aura then the other disappeared but if I put the code in a 2nd time I was able to get the other aura

I got "0% keys left" when I looked yesterday, anyway.

And "this giveaway has ended."

I tried signing up when there were still keys left and they never sent me an e-mail verification message, no matter how many times I requested it.

I had the same problem
