I know in the Shattered Gotham 17 minute feat the cutscenes were subtracted as I saw that feat pop several times when the raid was beat in 18 minutes or so. In Batcave Breach, I timed the cutscenes and subtracted that from our total time once we beat Bane and it was under 7 minutes but the feat didn't pop. Is it intended for cutscenes to count in total time for this feat?
