Nice guide, Mia.

I have information for you. Much of it will be incomplete, as I am away until this sunday. I will update my information you see now with more accurate names and stats. I have and use most of the items I will be posting.

A 76 item level mask that is precision based. I believe it is 15 precision, 15 might. I have this mask, it dropped from Brother Eye in T4 inner alert. Highest precision from a mask in the game. Yes, there is TWO different level 76 DPS masks that drop in T4 Inner.

Linkstaff of the Immortals. A drop in T2 batcave raids, I find the best luck in outer. It is a staff (clearly), but it has 108 might.
Highest might weapon in the game.

Also, necklet of might. It is an item level 62 necklace, found in FOS2 treasure chests. This necklet has 70 base might and is white socketed. This one is probably more personal opinion when comparing its effectiveness to option 1 or 2 for necklaces.
It does, however, have the highest might possible for a necklace in the game.

Also, to give you some assistance on the tank, there is a 76 mask, there is a 76 "hidden stash" utility belt that actually is a better option for a tank than the 75 counterpart (I will follow-up with its stats for you as T4 inner drops are probably the hard stats to obtain right now).

Necklaces can be tough because necklaces can focus on health, defense or both. A fire tank such as myself prefers health-focused necklaces such as a doom knight necklace found in FOS2. An ice tank will prefer more defense. Chances are your best ones will be the 78's from solo instances.

Omnipotence + 7 norseman will be your best 8 standard armor pieces.

Guardians eternium ______ (health affinities) will be your best rings.

(UPDATE: Whenever you have time, can you post the full stats for the Necklet of Might and also the precision Face? I couldn't find them on www.dcuo-db.com and no one I know has it yet...though I think I used to have the necklace...I forgot.) XD

Also I'm going to hold off on the Tank part until I figure out how to format it...I'll wait for more information on it too. There is a very good Ice Tank in my league but he doesn't have much Norseman gear.

Yes, to my knowledge the Ferris Duo drops the highest stat-boosting role-specific amulets. I've got the healer one and one for my tank. but I have yet to find the Troller amulet. I'll take a picture of my tank one and post it here when I have a chance.

Too add to that the fos2 treasure chests also drop a white socket-able precision neck that has 27 precision. Its called the precise synthium pendant I believe, I'll put the entire stats later when I'm on the game.

The necklaces may be the hard part for tanks. Chances are VERY high that you'll probably want to go with the 78 necklaces in the T4 challenges. Giving more thought about a health-based necklace, if you were looking for one of those, I'd use a PvP T4 necklace anyways. Chances are in almost all cases, you'll want the best combination of health/defense you can find but also concerned with that white mod.

As I said, I will be in-game no earlier than sunday. Im sure you'll be able to track down the might neck's stats rather easily before then. I'll happily help you out with the face, as other than myself actually getting the drop, I've heard of it nowhere else either in-game or anywhere on the forums. Only been hearing about the might-based mask. I can assure you both exists because I've seen the might-based one several times, and own the precision one myself.

Can assist with tank norseman as well. I wasnt too smart awhile back and used up MoW's to create extra norseman for my tank. I have 7/8 norseman for DPS, but also have 4/8 for tank.

Tank gear can be a very touching subject....Infact, some ice tanks have intentionally collected demonic rune sets to tank with because the pieces have extremely high defense.

As for the tank trinket...If I remember right, best 75 tank trinket was Consumable, Wild, Wild Wild. The 76 is Consumable, Trink, Wild Wild. In almost all cases, you would have used that first wild on the 75 for a trinket anyways, so no problems with slots. The precision, might, and defense are slightly lower on the 76....The health and dominance are nice upgrades.

Tank guide, the only problem you will have is probably the necklace. You can probably get away with listing several. You could also go for listing gear sets for the highest health and highest defense. Dominance isnt too useful for tanks other than the buff to increase health/dom depending which powerset you are. (Health for fire, defense/toughness for ice). Earth will want probably the overall best stats items and is relatively easy to do. Adding dominance to account for that health/defense boost is quite hard to do, and probably wouldnt be too helpful for your guide.

I suggest adding a "Defense" set. and a "Health" set.
