Critical strikes or core strength?

    I'm asking for the opinion of the people lol. I don't pay close enough attention to my damage out. But in your opinion what's the better chest mod. I'm not sure if 10% more damage or ignoring 33% defence (or whatever it is) is better to have equipped. And I haven't bothered with PvP in years now so just concerning PvE. Thanks in advance.

    Core Strength is better right now. 6.25% damage increase vs Penetrating Strikes' 5.88%.

    Awesome, thanks. I just switched it out early today and thought I'd try it. Always ran with penetrating strikes. Couldn't tell if I was doing better, but knew it wasn't worse. I'll keep using that one. Thanks again.
