Not A Bug cr290 skip deletes story missions pre-30?

    levelling story quests have now vanished

    Bug or unlisted but working as intended?

    It's working as intended. You literally *Skipped* all those missions up to CR 290.

    Yes, never use them unless you are sure you don't want to run that lower content.
    You skip a lot of missions and such so it becomes quite a pain backtracking figuring out what you missed.
