confused by "wanted poster" section of update.

ok, could someone please give me a CAPT OBVIOUS answer about the patch notes section regarding:

Bounties / Wanted Posters – War of the Light Part I

·New feats have been added for the Bounties and Wanted Poster content.

I understand the bounty feats update for WOL, but where exactly do "Wanted Posters" factor into this? is this a villian faction difference?

I know im proabably just missing something blatant here , but the only Wanted Posters i can think of are the core game bounties and player bounties we've had forever.

As far as WOL content goes i thought there was just the Lantern in MOGO commmand center that gives you the one mist bounty mission.

Bounties are for Villains, Wanteds are for Heroes.
